With its known expertise in manufacturing of metallic yarns for textile sector, Company initiated a backward integration for in-house development of required raw materials like PET Resins, r-PET Resins, PBT Resins, PET Films and various kinds of speciality films and has quickly established itself as a major player in similar space.
Sumilon utilizes its state-of-the-art technology to manufacture best quality of polyester films with distinctive properties such as uniform thickness, high clarity, extra gloss & superior strength in our existing manufacturing unit with a capacity of 90000 MT per annum.
In addition to traditional products, Sumilon also manufactures Virgin PET resin and Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR/r-PET) PET resin. R-PET resin is produced by converting post-consumer products such as bottles into flakes through a mechanical process and then into monomer through a chemical process, reducing the consumption of crude extracts and making the entire process environmentally sustainable.
